First of all, just about anything created and written by Ava DuVernay is going to be great, so I'm glad that she contributed to each episode. But anyway, I love when good old white Amerikkka is exposed! I wasn't surprised to see the rating so low even before the series was aired! The evil ones didn't even watch it and they already had their minds made up! It happens all the time, but who cares about the rating. As long as it makes "them" feel uncomfortable about the truth, so be it.
Almost every Black person who has watched this series can relate to at least one of the incidences illustrated in each episode. "Watch your gear" "As much as his son steals" You see, "they" steal all the time, U. S. history has proven that fact. I'm glad Colin is doing what needs to be done, he has shown so much courage. "They" hated Muhammad Ali the same way, and just like Ali, Colin will go down in history as a man who in spite of being blackballed by the NFL, continued to protest against systemic racism and police brutality in this country!
