After the gun is tossed out of blacks hand and white picks it up it is different then the gun black originally had, it is later replaced with the first handgun shown.
When Black takes the guards firearm and threatens white with it, it is a Glock ( not sure what model ), later when white takes it over, it changes into a Smith & Wesson type pistol. They are two very different weapons.
Emergency lights turn on when electric tension goes below a set amount (usually 70%). Breaking all the lights in a room wouldn't turn emergency system on because electric tension is not altered. Even if this special room was designed like that, people inside it should not know it and think it should work as normal emergency lights work.
(at around 46 mins) When black says lights off for the first time, the lights are switched off. Before going off the lights are red and When brown says lights on the lights are on again but they are blue this time.
However, there's nothing that reveals how the room's lighting is wired. Potentially, this change in colour could be by design. IE: "Lights off/out" turns off all lights, and "Lights up/on" turns on only the 'normal' lights and not the 'red' lights.

During the very first shot, which is zoomed in on the sink faucet, you can see a crew member with some equipment reflected in the very left part of the faucet.
If the paper had in fact been photo paper the white lights in the room during the previous 20+ minutes would have ruined the image anyway.
The 2-minutes fire sprinklers scene is irregular. It seems that the water only pours on specific spots, not all the room. Some characters get wet, others not. Time later almost all the room and clothes are dry again, including all the papers (which aren't "damaged").
