- The team descends into a bit of madness as working with a conspiracy theorist to solve bombing case exposes each of their own peculiar beliefs. Meanwhile, a mysterious stranger saves an agent's life.
- The FBI investigates a bombing that took place during a meeting of the Global Development Organization (GDO), a charity organization made up of wealthy and influential individuals. Because of its elite membership, the GDO has a reputation among conspiracy theorists as a secret society that controls everything from the stock market to the Superbowl, and who must be stopped at any cost. The FBI investigate this angle, which leads them to conspiracy nut Ron McGill. They believe Ron might be responsible for the bombing, but they have to let him go after a thorough inspection of his house and clothes turns up nothing. The team then discovers that an Aryan Brotherhood member, Jonze, was responsible for the bombing, but that it was financially, not politically, motivated. They then find out that the head of the GDO, Brett Hanson, had tried to have the building the bombing took place in torn down a few years earlier to build a much more valuable property, but had been denied because the building was a historic landmark. Not to be denied, Hanson paid Jonze to blow up the building, knowing that the FBI would focus on conspiracy theorist leaving him free to rebuild as he chose. Ironically, Ron and his conspiracy theory friends end up helping put Hanson behind bars, when they are able to provide a picture of Hanson and Jonze meeting.
