This is one of those cases where the mad scientist gets to make a unilateral decision involving the future of military intervention. Charlie the genius is invited in to "help his country" and to "be a patriot." The fact is that if one comes up with a bloodless military entity, it can eventually be turned on them. Charlie makes me sick sometimes. Anyway, we find out that our friendly neighborhood maven of intelligence is flawed. But this episode just seems silly and overblown.
