At about 2:21 when the young couple are making out at the back of the theater, the girl says "...I'm getting razor burn". Guys get 'razor burn' when shaving, the girl would get 'whisker burn' from making out.
Thirteen minutes in, Garcia moves away from her computer to the table behind her. As she moves further from the computer, her voice fades and comes back as she approaches it again. However, Garcia is wearing a headset, so her voice should be the same volume regardless of her proximity to the computer.
When Hotch and Rossi are leaving the burn patients room you can see the reflection of the camera in the glass door as they exit. Also, just as they turn away from the bed to leave you can see the shadow of the boom mic on the wall behind them.
When Garcia states that Tommy re-emerged at 21 in Franklin, Indiana, she says that that's 300 miles away from Royal, Indiana. However, 300 miles from Franklin would put Royal well outside of Indiana. If she's rounding, 300 kilometers would be close to Gary, where the doctor mentions taking the burn patient.
(For reference, the entire length of Indiana is 270 miles.)
The physician refers to "the burn unit in Gary." If the town of "Royal, Indiana" is indeed near Franklin, then it is much, much closer to Indianapolis than Gary, and patients needing a transfer to a burn unit would go to one of the numerous hospitals there.
