Cruz and her group of zombies attack the terrified illegal immigrants. When confronted with a pregnant woman, Cruz seems to recover her human memories. NoBalls, the traitor, is about to send a carrier pigeon to The Prophet when Marroquín catches him. There's a shootout and NoBalls is wounded, but escapes, so the other narcos start to hunt him down. NoBalls manages to elude them and returns to the tunnel from which they came, hoping to escape. Dog notices that Lucas has left the rehab center grounds and follows the boy to the hills. Later, Marroquín finds out that Dog and his son are missing and panics. Lucas finds his crashed drone, but is surprised by the coyote that has now been transformed into a deadly zombie. The coyote almost gets him, but Dog shoots it and rescues the boy. Lucas sees that the coyote is not dead and tries to warn Dog, but the zombie attacks the unsuspecting bodyguard and leaves him with a severe wound. The boy wants to stay with the wounded bodyguard, but Dog knows that something horrible is happening and forces Lucas to leave him. Lucas reunites with his father and convinces him that Dog is hurt and needs help, but when they go back, the bodyguard appears to be dead. Moments later, Dog, now a zombie, wakes up and attacks Lucas. Marroquín shoots the bodyguard several times, seemingly killing him. The narco is taken aback by the apparent treason of his loyal bodyguard and doesn't believe Lucas when he says that Dog wasn't really himself anymore. Marroquín and Lucas go back to the rehab center, but zombie Dog is still alive. In the tunnels, NoBalls has a mortal encounter with Becerril, the zombie leader.
