When Teyla awakes in Woolsey's office and look across, her baby's head is covered by his blanket. When the view switches to the surveillance camera feed, his head is completely uncovered.
Michael shouldn't be able to fly one of the puddle jumpers, as Wraith do not have the Ancient genetic marker. However, since the Atlantis expedition has a working gene therapy that can give the marker to people who weren't born with it, Michael certainly could have developed his own (as McKay suggests in The Seed (2008)).
When Ronan is apparently trying to force open the doors of the room in which he and others are locked, the doors are tight shut but they slip apart a little when he lets go. The actor was presumably pushing them hard together to simulate the effect of great effort.
