Near the end, when Susan is talking with Nurse Chuny, another nurse enters to tell Archie than the old lady (Beverly) is there again. When Archie gets to the room, Chuny is already there with the patient.
Archie opens a fresh box of Meat Lover's pizza and takes out a slice while also flipping another one of the slices over. Two shots later, he's still standing there with the slice in his hand and the pizza is miraculously full again.
Near the final scene when Carter is shooting baskets with Gates, his tie is around his neck loose in the beginning of the scene but a few shots later the tie is gone.
Near the end, Carter is shooting a basketball at 4am. When the final scene starts playing out, the clock shows 10pm.
While visiting Rachel Greene says she is 22. In season 4 Mark's ex wife said that Rachel was 8. If so that would make Rachel's age 19 not 22..
