Cromartie killed George Lazlo several days before the shoot out at Lazlo's apartment. Therefore, his body would already be decomposing. Even a simple examination by the coroner would reveal Lazlo's earlier time of death and therefore Lazlo could not have been killed in the shoot out with the FBI.
Catherine Weaver pays $300,000 for the Turk computer. Yet earlier the people who stole the Turk tried to get Sarah Connor to pay first $500,000 and later $2 million for the computer. There is no reason given why the thieves settled for the lower price with Weaver.
The model terminator that Cameron is, is a metallic skeleton covered with LIVE human skin. Cameron gets into a jeep wired with explosives which explodes. Though damaged, injured in the explosion, Cameron is NOT burned. Considering that Cameron was in the middle of an explosion, and as Cameron IS covered with human skin, Cameron should have ben covered with first, second, and third degree burns, ALL over her body. But with exceptions of a few abrasions and a facial lacerations, she did not even have what would have been considered a sunburn! Major GOOF!!!.
When John removes Cameron's chip while she is trapped between the two trucks, there is a small set of connecting pins visible on the bottom of the chip. Later, as the team prepare to destroy Cameron's body, John looks at the chip one last time before placing it into Cameron's hand. The pins at the bottom of the chip are clearly missing.
When the stolen car flips the flip mechanism is shown, also the back window frame is bent almost shut and in the next shot it is back to normal with the window blown, a prop car was used instead of the stunt car.
When Sarah and John fail to extract Cameron's brain chip in the two minute time to incapacitate her, they run away. They needn't have, they would have rather given Cameron another electric shock that would disable her again for reboot for another 2 minute, and they could have done it many time till they are able to remove the chip.
It is utterly senseless that Cameron's chip got damaged but only to change her objective from Protect John to Terminate John, while all other things and skills of her are intact. No chip or machine can be so damaged that only one thing gets changed while everything else works as earlier. It was not any mechanical thing in which some bolt gotten loose or breaks or something causing such a change, it was chip so a collection of machine code in zeroes and ones, and any single change from one to zero or zero to one would have led to the program getting hung or abort. it is not at all possible that the blast changes Protect flag from true to false, and Terminate flag from false to true. It was a senseless script twist.
Cameron repairs her legs and other mechanical damages automatically. This kind of regeneration is not explained in the series.
When John lights the flare and sets off the thermite powder in the old car, Cameron is standing very close to him and the car and she is covered in thermite powder. A stray spark could have easily set her on fire and destroyed her. This seems to be a very careless mistake by John after all he went through to save her from destruction.
Cameron may look like a young woman, but underneath the flesh Cameron is a terminator, a machine. But when Cameron throws a wrench at John Connor with the intent to injure or kill him, Terminator Cameron throws like a human female, clumsily and with little power.
