When Debra, Batista, Quinn and Dexter are examining the dumpster where Anton allegedly has been taken away by the "skinner", Dexter mentions "Anton's a big guy". Dexter has never met Anton so he couldn't know that.
The whole George King sub plot makes no sense. The police suspect King to be the skinner who is holding Anton prisoner at a secret location, yet they take King in for questioning which at this point is guaranteed to not yield any results. A suspect is only questioned when the police already have at least some answers. But they fail to do the obvious thing that could produce results, which is to put King under surveillance. A small business owner, he has to carry a mobile phone, possibly several, which would yield tons of location data. They could easily have placed a GPS tracker on his car and used any number of other discreet, modern surveillance techniques. However, tracking him in any way would be illegal without a warrant.
Deb attacks a suspect in an interrogation room. Those rooms are recorded for police and suspects' protection. Her assault would have been recorded. However, the viewer already knows that the officers sometimes sweep things under the rug to protect their own.
Quinn adds "the" in front of highway names, like a Californian, despite the character apparently being from Florida, where the show is set.
