The bank's name, "Chautaqua" is misspelled. The spelling of the town/native American trip is "Chautauqua".
We see Paul sitting at the table sipping coffee, waiting for Joe to come in. When Joe enters, Paul comes out of the shadows with a hammer and slams Joe's head. Blood splatter is flung all over the fridge (and a good splatter, too). However, when Det. Goren and Det. Eames get to the scene, there is only a smudge of blood on the fridge.
While giving the eulogy for his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, the ultra-religious Paul quotes from "Revelations." The chapter is entitled Revelation (no 's'). The character of Paul would not make an error of that nature.
