Alex Pacheco, the imaginative director behind last year's Gay Science Fiction film Praxis, just sent me a rather intriguing bit of concept art for his new Gay Sf series PHASE_SHIFT.
His still working out all of the ideas, concepts and images, but writes to say the show will be David Lynch in tone, unconventional, and erie, with gay characters front and center as a key part of the narrative -- and not as traitors revealed to be gay in a webisode.
I have no idea what he's referring to....
Pretty interesting piece of concept art, no?
Also, Praxis seems to be nearing TV distribution deal. So with a little bit of luck, you should see the movie on a "personal viewing appliance" shortly.
