- Harley and her crew try to blast their way into Mr. Freeze's ice-domed section of Gotham. Their plan fails, Psycho wonders why they should try to take Freeze's turf, and Harley points out that the villain froze her body in a cube of ice. She refuse to rest until she buries each of the Gotham villains. Meanwhile, Ivy reads a discarded newspaper's article about how Ace Chemicals is dumping toxic chemicals in the river, and Psycho points out it happened two weeks ago.
Harley tries to penetrate the ice with a rocket launcher but fails. Two guards come out on the rampart to tell her she's never going to get through, and one of them mentions that only Firefly's flamethrower is hot enough to burn though the ice. The other guard complains that the first guard gave away the secret, and gives away the full secret. When the first not-so-cool guard wonders who Dr. Trap is, the second cool guard explains that Trap looted all the villains' lairs when Gotham fell and he has a collection of weapons at the Gotham Natural History Museum. The crew runs off, and Harley thanks the guards for their help.
Kite Man takes Harley and Ivy to the Museum, and Harley complains that they don't come out of their apartment much more anymore. When they land on the roof, Kite Man gives Ivy a high-protein snack for long-lasting energy. As they go down the fire escape, Harley tells Ivy that she can do better than Kite Man. She advises her BFF to get out there and play the field, and the doors open as Harley prepares to break them open.
The duo goes inside and Harley breaks an eye beam, setting off a spike trap. Ivy pulls her back just in time, and Dr. Trap emerges from the shadow. Ivy figures that he's a henchman and tells him to tell his boss that they don't want trouble and just want the flamethrower. Trap says that they can take it if they can best his traps, but they say that they don't want to get into a thing with him. Harley tosses a coin at a nearby case holding Penguin's umbrella, setting off a spear and flame trap. Ivy figures that they're going to have to rethink their plan.
At the mall, Psycho feeds the hyenas dog biscuits and Riddler asks for them. His captor says that if Riddler wanted to collaborate, he should have invited him into the Injustice League. Ridder laughs at the thought of working with Psycho, and points out that Psycho is now a babysitter. As Frank and Shark look on, Psycho goes berserk and mentally torments Riddler. Riddler boasts that he's an A-Lister and is too smart for Psycho to control, while Psycho is a weak washed-up goon. Psycho throws body butter at Riddler, who dodges them even though he's on a giant hamster wheel.
Harley and Ivy go to Chez Feline and Harley says that she called the best burglar in Gotham and they wanted to meet there. Ivy figures that it's Selina, and Harley says she's excited to reunite good friends like Ivy and Selina. As they sit down, Ivy complains that Selina ditched her during a caper years ago. She describes Selina in admiring terms, and Selina comes in stealing things from the patrons as she goes. Ivy greets her and Selina compliments her on her jacket.
Selina orders for everyone, much to Ivy's disgust. She then says that the Museum has an Egyptian ruby that she's been thinking about wanting, and Ivy goes overboard admiring Selina's taste. Harley wonders what's happening with Ivy, and Ivy motions to her to zip it. When Harley tries to put the brakes on working with Selina, Ivy says that it's awesome working together and Selina steals Ivy's jacket. Despite that, Ivy figures it looks better on Selina.
That night at the museum, Selina arrives late and Ivy explains that it's Selina's power move. When Selina does arrive, she admires Ivy' "chauffeur" Kite Man. Ivy explains that Kite Man is her boyfriend, and Selina isn't impressed. She explains that she'll handle the traps while they follow her, and they should keep their distance because she's not a team player. Kite Man says that he'll hang back and keep watch, and pick up some iced coffees for him and Ivy.
Selina cuts her way in through the skylight. Ivy follows her, and Kite Man says that he's going in anyway to steal an engagement ring for Ivy. Harley asks if he's sure that Ivy wants to get engaged to him, and Kite Man is sure that she does.
Harley and Kite Man go down, and discover that Ivy and Selina have gone on ahead. Kite Man suggests the flamethrower is in the armory exhibit, and trips on a pencil.
Selina pulls Ivy out of the way of a trap, and asks about her boyfriend. Ivy explains that they're dating, sets off another trap, and Selina pulls her out of the way. Undeterred, Ivy says that she still hates most people but things have changed from when she hated all people. Selina sets off a trap opening a pit filled with water and alligators, then crosses over on the display cases and asks why Ivy wants the flamethrower. Ivy explains that she's helping Harley get revenge on Mr. Freeze, and Selina asks if she' retired. Indignant, Ivy says that she's just been busy, and Selina gets to the other side of the room and hits the switch closing the pit. She asks what the last thing Ivy did for the environment, and shows Ivy all the jewels that she stole.
Kite Man gets snared in a net trap and shot with arrows, and Harley takes a sword to cut him free while avoiding the laser trap Trap set. Once she cuts Kite Man freed, Harley suggests that they go back and join Ivy and Selina outside. Kite Man refuses, saying that he can't do better than Ivy. He figures that Ivy deserves the world, and the least he can do is give her a beautiful ring. Touched, Harley agrees to help him and they go to the ring case. Kite Man sets off a spring trap shooting him into a giant spider web overhead, and giant spiders move in.
At the mall, Psycho paces and figures that he can run a crew. When Frank, looking on, wonders why Psycho needs his validation, Psycho mind-blasts him and Shark reports that Riddler is missing. Shark sniffs the restraints and figures that Riddler used the body butter threw at him to slip out. Psycho figures that Harley will kill him for inadvertently helping Riddler escape, and Frank laughs at him. Syd asks if anyone fell in love with Riddler and helped him escape, and Shark find a riddle that Riddler left. It says that Psycho can't run a crew, and Psycho tears it up and sends everyone to search for the escaped villain.
At the museum, Selina wonders how Ivy lives the way she does and Ivy says that is just kind of happened. Selina uses her goggles to avoid booby-trapped floor tiles, leading Ivy. Ivy steps on a trapped tile and the floor collapses behind her. Selina grabs her by the wrist before Ivy can fall on the spikes below, winks at her, and pulls her to safety.
Selina and Ivy reach the flamethrower and Selina suggests that Ivy reevaluate what she's doing. Ivy wonders if Selina thinks so, just as Harley arrives. Ivy wonders how she got past the traps, just as Kite Man stumbles up with bees attacking him. He tells Ivy that he came along to get something for her, while Selina cuts open the case and leaves the flamethrower to Harley. Meanwhile, Kite Man drops to one knee and Ivy, realizing what he plans to do, suggests that they do it later. He shows her the ring he stole, and Ivy looks over at where Harley is watching expectantly. The engagement ring is missing from the case, and Selina holds it up and says that she has to go.
Harley takes the flamethrower, setting off a trap that seals her, Ivy, and Kite Man in around the case. Dr. Trap steps out and reveals that he had to replace his jaw with a metal one after he lost his jaw in several trap-related mishaps. He hits a button on a remote lowering the trap in the ceiling.
Psycho demands updates from the rest of the crew over the radios he handed out. Riddler gets one of the radios and taunts Psycho, and Syd spots Psycho and mistakes him for Riddler. Psycho tells him to take the shot, and Syd shoots Psycho with a tranq dart.
Kite Man tries to propose to Ivy, while Ivy and Harley try to escape. She says that Selina could have easily got them out of the trap, and Harley points out that Selina only cares about herself and got out on her own. Ivy ignores Kite Man and says that only worrying about yourself isn't such a bad thing to be. When Ivy points out that the flamethrower can melt anything, Harley gets an idea. Meanwhile, Ivy says that least Selina knows what she wants and gets it. Harley points out that Selina has 19 cats and can never go on vacation, and burns a hole through the trap wall. Kite Man asks Ivy to marry him, and Ivy tells him that it isn't the right time and she doesn't know if it ever will be.
Harley advances on Dr. Trap and he says that they're free to go since they beat his traps. Harley tells him to shut his trap, and hits him in the iron jaw with her baseball bat.
Harley returns to the mall and shows the crew minus Psycho the gun. They explain that Riddler is on the loose and they think he ate Psycho. Harley tells the crew to search for Riddler. Riddler comes on the radio to tell them that he's put Psycho in the hamster wheel, and the crew go there. Harley complains that Psycho failed to guard someone who was chained up, and doesn't have time to recapture her prisoners. Riddler turns around in the chair he's sitting in, and Psycho says that Riddler didn't leave because he fears his wrath. Releasing Psycho, Riddler gets back on the wheel and says that it's better than the apocalyptic wasteland outside. There's also free entertainment, since he gets to watch them fail at even the simplest tasks. He starts running and says that he'll escape when he's good and ready.
Later, Harley finds Ivy at the river, force feeding some Ace Chemical board of directors their own pollution, Ivy says that she's getting in touch with her roots, and wonders how she can focus on her goals when she's responsible to so many people. Harley asks if she thinks her life was better before she joined the crew, when she was more like Selina, and Ivy points out that no one is stopping Selina from doing what she wants. When Harley points out that Kite Man risked his life to get the diamond ring that Ivy wanted, Ivy says that she didn't want it. They both agree that Kite Man grows on people, and Ivy will never be Selina because Ivy has people who love her and want the best for her. Ivy admits that it's hard to let go of her past self, and Harley tells her that she doesn't have to and holds her hand.
Later, Ivy goes to Kite Man's apartment and finds him drinking. He lets her come in and she admits that she took her frustration with her current life out on him. Ivy apologizes, and Kite Man says that if she needs more time, he's good with that. Ivy hints that he could ask her again, but Kite Man doesn't take the hint. Ivy says that she's ready and tells him to ask her.
