When Hodges is holding the vial of green blood, the liquid inside the vial changes positions in between shots.
The so called "ground squirrels" shown and referred to are not ground squirrels, but were in fact Fox Squirrels (Sciurus nigra) which live in trees and are not even native to, or live the wild in Nevada.
The "crossbow bolt" removed from the corpse, was not a bolt, and couldn't possibly be fired from a crossbow.
When Doc Robbins and David remove the "bolt", they look at the head and say it's a crossbow bolt, as if the head is proof. It's not, both arrows and bolts, when used for hunting, have the fixed blade broadhead they were looking at.
The arrow in the body looks like the bolts they brought in with the crossbow when it's found, except it's about twice as long (longer that the crossbow that supposedly fired it), and thicker than the bolts.
