Edit

Continuity

When Lucas takes the wire from his backpack, he drops the backpack. In the next shot, he has the backpack over his shoulder again.

Factual errors

Russian number stations, more correctly the "Russian Strategic Radio Stations Network", broadcast in the range 4MHz to 6MHZ, since that gives global coverage. Malcolm tunes into 102.8MHz, which is in the UK FM broadcast band, and gives short (almost line-of-sight only) range.

Miscellaneous

"All you need to pick them up is a shortwave radio" says Malcolm, while tuning in what is very obviously an FM radio frequency.
Near the beginning of the Lucas is hit with a bullet from a sniper rifle, and is shown with his hands and clothes covered in blood as well as panting and wincing in pain several times from the wound. Eventually, he can't keep up with the others, and agrees to let them go on ahead whilst he decides to make a heroic last stand against the Russian assassins.

However, by the end of Episode he's suffering no ill effects, and there is no blood on his clothes or hands. By the following Episode 8:1 which is meant to take place only a few hours later, he's perfectly fine.

The only medical treatment he received was a small bandage from a medical kit he tied on himself. In reality, he would have needed major surgery for such an injury.

Errors in geography

The Russians pick up the bomb in Grosvenor Square at about ten to three. The bomb is due to explode at three o'clock. However, the quickest way from Grosvenor Square to London Bridge station is probably the underground, and would take about twenty minutes.

Boom mic visible

In the very first scene as Harry Pearce is briefing the team in Thames House about Tiresius, The boom mic is clearly visible as the camera moves from Jo Portman to Lucas North
