The second shot of Jen placing cash on the bar is the same as the first shot, but flipped and rotated 180 degrees. The serial number on the top bill in each shot is identical. The flowers are also on the same side of the screen, but Jen's hand comes from the opposite direction.
In the montage of Jen buying drinks at the cash bar, the second close-up of her hand placing money on the bar is reversed, causing the writing on the bills to appear backwards on screen.
It seems highly unlikely that an experienced attorney like Mallory would react with such disdain to Mr Immortal, at least in his presence. As someone who has been practicing divorce law for many years she would almost certainly have worked with clients whose actions were far more odious than his.
Most attorneys at large law firms have a particular area of expertise that they specialize in. It's unlikely that Mallory would be handling trademark disputes in one episode and then divorce cases the next.
Both Mallory and Nikki violated their professional duty to Mr Immortal by not driving as hard a bargain as they could in the settlement.
