When Shawn, Gus, Tom, and Ryan are being shot at by the assassins at the end and they are driving down the alley the trunk of the Blueberry opens up after they crash through the water jugs and then in the next camera shot where the jeep with the surfboard on top comes into view the trunk is closed. Then again in the next shot where they start running it is open again.
While Shawn, Gus, Tom, and Ryan are running from the assassins the assassin with the "curly-Q" mustache shoots Tom's IV and it starts leaking. The next shot of them running when Tom lifts the IV to start running faster, the IV is not shot nor is it leaking. But then after they reach the dumpster and Shawn helps pull Tom behind the dumpster for protection, the bag is leaking again.
During the run from the hospital with Ryan and Lieber in the back of the car, Lieber's glasses are missing right after Gus avoids the gray Chevy Lumina, and are back on the next time he is shown.
At 17 minutes and about 53 seconds, Gus calls the science of "Blood Spatter", Blood "Splatter". Earlier in the episode when Shawn and Gus are in Ryan's apartment, Gus says "Arterial Spatter", so he does know what it's called. You know what Shawn would say though, "I've heard it both ways".
