Continuity

When the characters runs with Mercedes, in the scenes outside the car is visible only the driver, and the girl is missing, but when the camera is going back inside the car, the girl is still there, and is not hiding.
In one of the high speed chases they drive in to a short tunnel in daylight, and when they appear on the other side it's night/dark.
In the pursuit scene right after Vlado was shot, the Mercedes of Mike is constantly changing, from broken to fixed to broken again (for example the grill, in one shot it's missing, then it's back).
In the first chase scene where Mike just stole a taxi sometimes the right front light is broken, and other times it's working again.
After the pursuit scene where Mike finds out there's a tracing device in the cell phone there's a scene missing. From the shot where Clive wants his guys to shoot from the helicopter they go right to the shot where Mike throws the cell phone in the back of the pickup truck, and the helicopter is nowhere to be seen.

Revealing mistakes

In a car chase scene, the footage has been obviously sped up, since even the pedestrians are moving at impossibly high speeds.
When our hero steals the motorbike in the city center the fairing quite clearly has the word 'Ninja' on it, which is a model produced by Kawasaki, but during the chase a close up on the crankcase clearly shows the manufacturer's name 'Yamaha'.

Crew or equipment visible

When Mike and Ana steal the truck from the farm, you can clearly see Mike standing on the side of the road as the truck drives toward the camera (despite both supposedly being in the truck).

Character error

When the character Trent Robbins expresses his concern about Riggins going A.W.O.L., he actually says "A.O.L."
