Anne Burrell is too harsh

Ok, so this is a knockoff version of Top Chef. It has the potential of being good, but chef Anne Burrell is ruing the show. People do not enjoy watching a cooking show where the host thinks all of the food is "uninspired". She needs to calm down and give some good feedback or they should cast better chefs. At this point, there is no comparison to Top Chef. This one needs work or a new host!

Are you an Anne Burrell fan or not?

The show was not bad, good production, the competitors got their characters with good skill sets, also advertised the Vegas restaurants very well. BUT, it's all about Anne Burrell. Her strong preference is showing in every single episode, also LOVE to influence other judges. If you like Anne Burrell's style, you'll like this showdown. But if you're not a fan of hers, it may be a bit tricky.

Disappointing

Initially I really liked this show. I love Anne Burrel, but she and the other judges really messed up on this show. They completely failed to see that Jeff was deliberately setting people up to fail. I was rooting for him in the beginning since he's from Tempe but he's clearly a pretty awful person who should've stuck to food trucks since he's incapable of being a leader. He should've been cut before Ro and Janey. It was embarrassing watching the judges get so pissy about Lamar professionally airing the issues he saw with Jeff's "leadership." You would think prospective employers would want to know whether someone is capable of being a in a management position but clearly they're more concerned with how things look than how they should be. I was very glad that Lamar won because he deserved it but that doesn't redeem the show.

We loved it!

As Vegas lovers, we enjoyed Vegas being featured and what a cool concept to find a new chef for a new restaurant there! I was surprised with the winner but was happy for that person! I hope they do this show again. Juan was my absolute favorite.
