Every day is different at the bridal salon; sometimes there are one hundred appointments and sometimes fifty. And while it's shaping up to be a slow day at the salon that does not mean it is going to be an easy one. When there are fewer appointments, Kleinfeld accepts walk-ins and you never know who might show up. Every bride poses a unique challenge and can certainly fill a slow day. Bride-to-be Janice is a motorcycle enthusiast who never thought she would get married. But after meeting the man of her dreams online, she has changed her outlook. Janice's fiancé, Steven, joins her large family at the bridal salon and consultant Dianne must help find a dress that is as outrageous as Janice, but also flattering. Bridal consultant Camille is running late and refuses to let the managers take over her appointment. But manager Joan insists that Camille move on to her next appointment and meet bride Christina Han and her sister, Sylvia. Camille obliges but then she returns to check on her earlier appointment. Left alone, Christina and Sylvia take photographs of a dress, which is forbidden in the bridal salon. This can only mean trouble for Camille. Natasha's Mom and her future Mother-in-law are in attendance for this bride's dress selection and consultant Audrey has a challenge: Natasha's wedding is only four months away and she's looking for a fantasy dress. It is a black and white affair, with an Old Hollywood theme, and Natasha only has a few months to find a dress that both she and her mother love. Brides begin their wedding dress search either knowing exactly what they want or having no idea whatsoever. For Kimberly Gindi, her perfect dress doesn't exist so she decides to custom design it herself with designer, Pnina Tornai, by her side. But Kimberly soon finds out that an idea in your head doesn't always translate well in reality. Unhappy with the way her custom dress turns out, the salon worries the bride will walk away from the dress, leaving them with a custom gown nobody wants. Fortunately, Kimberly is able to find another dress that she is happy with, at least for the moment! After finding an alternate dress to replace her custom disaster, Kimberly returns with her father because she's unhappy about the lace that makes up the entire gown. When she finds out that her father loves the lace and thinks altering the dress is a big mistake, Kimberly doesn't know what to do and is stuck between the vision in her head and what's in front of her. Meanwhile, Marie O'Boyle is sharing her wedding dress experience with her mom, sister-in-law and consultant, Keasha. Not really sure what she wants, Marie has chosen a selection of styles from the salon's website. What starts as a simple appointment for Keasha soon turns a little sour when Marie's mom dislikes every dress her daughter puts on. A confused and frustrated Marie finally breaks down after finding a dress she really loves but her mom hates. Some brides don't know what they want until you tell them! When Elberta Seybold's friend, Stephanie, decides that "this" is the dress for her, Elberta buys the dress, heads home and second guesses herself like crazy. Now she's back for a three day fitting, but she's nervous about the dress, the fit, and maybe even the wedding itself! But not to worry, her friend, Stephanie, is there to take the reins and it becomes apparent that she's definitely the one in charge. After taking over the

While Keasha is able to turn her situation into a sale, Claudia leads herself down a slippery path. Instead of reeling her in, the managers decide to cut her loose. Dana is daddy's little girl so who else could she bring dress shopping with her, but her father? While Dana has a hard time choosing a dress, her dad is having a hard time "letting her go."
