When Nash walks into Cecile's office, he is wearing his techno fanny pack, but when he walks out to go after Allegra, he is no longer wearing it.
The localized EMP Carver uses to delete the voice memo should have actually taken out the whole phone.
If someone jumps out of the driver's seat of a car doing over 100 mph in order to escape, that person will hit the ground at over 100 mph. No matter how artfully that person hits the ground, they are not getting up unscathed.
A EMP would completely short out a cell phone, not specifically delete a voice memo.
The the speedometer seen climbing up to 100-120 MPG is for a Chevrolet but the car Joe is driving is a Ford. Also, a sedan such as Joe's would not be able to corner and steer as easily as seen at speeds of 100 MPH, no to mention the scenery passing by the driver's side window shows the car going much slower than 100 MPG.
EMP stands for Electromagnetic Pulse, therefore Carver saying "EMP pulse" makes no sense, and is a tautology.
