And if you look to the right... hey, wake up!
Of the ones that are up on this site for review, this is the second-to-shortest featurette on the Resurrected Edition DVD of Resident Evil: Apocalypse. It consists of behind-the-scenes footage of a couple of scenes(early ones, this documentary doesn't spoil anything of the movie) as Steve Lucescu explains how the stunts work, what is planned, how they're doing it all and why, and then we see the clip of the film(and yes, this contains that horrible frame-cutting zombies... as TGWTG's Phelous put it, apparently the undead scare even the cameramen) as it came out in the final version(for the sake of... comparison? I don't know). The concept of this actually isn't bad; there is a market for hearing how the heck they survive the stuff audiences demand to see human beings undertake on-screen(and we prefer the CGI to be a last resort) today. And this is only 5 minutes and 45 seconds long total, and a great deal of that is stuff in the flick itself(which, as you may have guessed, is available on the disc). Maybe that's the problem. This is really short. It just barely gets into the topic before it ends, and it feels bloated. Perhaps they should have included the first one as well, or put this in a larger production. I recommend this to those who want to know more about the subject. 6/10
