Chloe realizes the lost property is a potential source of income, claiming items and selling them on the swap-shop scheme, but Max Humphries is the recipient on the first swap, and has no intention of paying. Togger and Andy watch Tanya rally her troops for the next protest. They jump to the wrong conclusion when they hear "Lady Godiva" - Tanya's outlandish outfits are made of tinfoil, even though they are of regulation size. Togger's own toilets campaign is not going anywhere quick, so he collects interviews for the school radio. He edits Mrs. Rawlinson's replies about using the Staff toilets for pupils and broadcasts a version that makes it seem the teacher is in agreement to his ideas. Karen works out that Baz is seeing Tanya, but he won't listen to her. Mrs. Bassinger gives both Togger and Tanya an ultimatum - no more protests, or they will be expelled, and furthermore a letter has been sent to Togger's father.
