(at around 32 mins) The young men on the dirt bikes ride away from the Creeper's truck, and get a good distance away. A moment later, tending to the lance through Kenny's leg, the camera shows them being very close to the truck.
(at around 59 mins) As the young men approach the Creeper's truck, it is obviously not a very wide cargo area. Yet later, when Kenny and Addison are trapped within it, it is much wider.
The Creeper's hand is powerful enough to lift Gaylen (Grandma) from the ground, but not strong enough to escape an upside-down planter pot (perhaps it is a part of the Creeper's evil scheme?).
(at around 55 mins) When Kenny shoots the Creeper's hand in the flashback, he manages to fire three rounds from a lever action rifle without working the action.
(at around 1h 12 mins) When Sgt. Davis Tubbs is trying to shoot out the tires he is using a semi auto Ruger Mini 14. Being a semiautomatic he would not have to rack the operating rod after each shot is fired.
The Sargent had a clover leaf on his collar which indicates he is a major should have been chevron .
The large weapon used by the Sheriff's team is supposed to be a 20mm M61 Vulcan cannon, but the rounds are obviously .50 BMG rounds, which are only 12.7mm.
Gabrielle Haugh who plays Addison Brandon has mole on the right hand side of her face between her nose and top lip, in several scenes it is flipped and shown to be on the left hand side.
Several scenes show the truck has deadly gate-like spikes that come from the top and bottom of the rear cargo opening, yet from the outside of the truck there is no apparatus for these spikes to exist. (Although it's possible since it is implied that the truck is supernatural in nature, perhaps it can disobey the basic laws of mortal physics).
Despite taking place in 2001, a character wears an Avenged Sevenfold band t-shirt featuring artwork from their 2005 album cover "City of Evil".
A 2016 black Chevy Silverado pickup truck can briefly be seen in the background, even though the film takes place in 2001.
