In the opening scene, when the police let Terry go, he bends down to turn off the music on his cell phone that is on the ground, which clearly has a damaged screen. Later on, when he fries a fish, he makes a call, and his phone shows no damage to the screen at all.
Officer Lann briefly stamps the SD cards into the dirt and thinks he has destroyed them. However, the memory modules in them are unlikely to have been damaged by a couple of boot stamps. They could easily be removed and put into new card bodies.
Terry pulls the cable out of the monitor that shows the internal CCTV at the police station. That won't do anything. The system will continue to record the video feed. It just won't show on that monitor.

Both true in real life and discussed at some length in the dialogue, event recorders of all sorts are constantly recording, but only save the recording when you trigger it; since human intervention is often after key information, it saves some time before the activation as well as afterwards for a time limit or until deactivated. In this case, the police cars were per the dialogue set to record 3 minutes before the activation of the takedown lights, hence the clock to get to the car and the lights activated so the shooting was preserved.

When the police shoot at Terry's truck, from a distance, besides the bullet damage, a small amount of blood spatter appears. There was no reason for that. He had a minor wound on his arm but that wouldn't cause blood spatter on the outside.
Officer Jessica mentions she's going to restart the WiFi. The device she power cycles is a cable modem and not a wireless router. Additionally, there was no coaxial service cable plugged into the modem, so they would not have been able to get internet access.
When Terry removes Mike's hospital bracelet, it lists his birthday as November 1980. That would have made him nearly 44 years old, far older than he is portrayed to be.
