Early in the film - the first morning after Parker's parent arrive - Owen, Parker and Parker's parents are all in the kitchen. A necklace continually appears and disappears from around the neck of Ellen Barkin.
In the armored truck, just after the graveyard chase, Billy (Pierce Brosnan) throws money at Owen (Adam Devine) and hits him in the head. Previously, there had been a bullet proof window between the cab and the trunk so he shouldn't have been able to get hit. The window is visible again in the next shot.
In the bank truck chase through the graveyard, the bank truck smashes several stones making it loose its bumper. Then, when the truck takes the road, it has the bumper in place again.
When referring to the James Bond character, Pierce Brosnan asked "which one" and the answer was "the fifth one", allowing him to reply "oh, that's a good one", obviously referring to himself... Except that he was the 6th one, David Niven played James Bond in 1967.
Despite the film being set in Philadelphia, the car chase scene where Owen tries to tail his fiance's parents shows a sign with a Georgia SR 10 sign and is ultimately stopped at the intersection of Ralph McGill Blvd - a major thoroughfare near downtown Atlanta.
