Time passes fast

Theo was mentioned to be 7 or 8 several times in season 1 and now all of a sudden he's 10. A little inconsistent, don't you think? Despite the show being a bit too cheesy I enjoy watching it, especially James Roday. He's great.

Maggie is a horrible person

Warning: Spoilers
I never really got a good feeling about the Maggie character during Season 2 and this episode solidified that sentiment.

Much of the writing is completely unbelievable throughout the entire show, but the old dog switcheroo situation is both cruel and unbelievable. If the writers of this show are trying to create the most hateable characters on television, they are succeeding.

Supposed to be Funny?

So...deceiving an elderly, grieving, lonely widow is funny? And is that something to admire in your romantic partner? What a shame.

Deception
pjdoroch5 June 2021
I'm only up to episode 7 of Season 2. How sad was the deception of keeping Colin from the Widow (I thought it was actually Shirley MacLaine!) My conscience wouldn't allow me to do that. And Maggie being a professional Psychologist - what would she say to a patient who did this? Not withstanding all the friends' deceptions up to date. BTW, do owners not microchip their cats and dogs in the USA? For easier reunions with their owners?
