- House is talking about dividing his team up into two teams, and he says women versus men is less interesting than "shirts versus skins." He then says, "If your sex organs dangle, you're the confederates. If your sex organs are aesthetically pleasing, you're the yanks." When one of the women says she wants to be on the men's team, he asks, "Do your sex organs dangle, cutthroat b****?" and she responds, "Not yet. You've never hired more than one female on your team before. If you're going to purge an entire gender, it isn't going to be the danglers." House walks into Cuddy's office while she's weating a wide- and low-cut shirt, and says something about her yelling at him, and then says, "I wanted to deal with the yelling today because I noticed what you were wearing and I wouldn't have to listen all that closely." While listing suicide methods, House says, "Bury yourself alive in Cuddy's cleavage."

- One of the team draws the patient's blood. The needle entering the skin is visible. The blood comes out green.

- House calls one of his students a b**** (see sex and nudity). Later, someone says to her, "cutthroat b****" is your official title. Cameron tells one of House's students, "You're trying to kiss my a**. Why are you talking to me?" Wilson asks House, "What sick pleasure do you get in making d*** sure he's filled with fear and dread?" When the patient flatlines, one of the students says "Oh, God."

- A patient seems to pull a knife on House, but then shoves it into a wall socket, electrocuting himself. The electrocution lasts for several seconds, during which time he is convulsing. One of the teams put a few bugs on the patient and have them bite him. While the scene isn't necessarily "intense," it may be disturbing to some viewers. In the next few seconds the patient starts choking and the team hurries to help him. A member of House's team walks in on him on the floor, having sustained an electric shock.
