- Helen (Briana Evigan) wakes up early new years morning with a hangover and only snippets of events that happened at the party she went to the night before only to discover that the city is now a post-apocalyptic disaster area overrun by zombies and the military trying to maintain control and protect the still living citizens from the undead menace. She vaguely remembers she was at a party and apparently she passed out after she got home. She escapes from her apartment building finding most of the tenants are already zombies, and heads for her boyfriend's place. She continues to piece together the events of the night before while evading zombies, especially her roommate-turned-zombie, who is following her. Will she reach her destination and find her loving boyfriend alive and well? What nasty surprises may await her as her memory continues to return along her perilous journey? And most importantly, when she finally does remember everything, will she wish she hadn't?
