At 46:30 when Rabih (Fouad Yammine) get up to do the exercises, Sherif (Eyad Nassar) could have easily muted or even blocked the number that he's expecting the picture on, his wife used her phone to record Rabih working out, he could have just picked his phone acted like he's recording too and muted/blocked the number for the night.
