It is established that the optometrist section of Cloud 9 is technically a separate company from Cloud 9 proper, thus allowing them to hire Mateo without filing paperwork. Regular Cloud 9 employees have routinely been seen working the optometrist desk throughout the series.
Some of the Cloud 9 employees theorize that Garrett has a beard to hide a weak chin. Garrett wears his beard very short, far too short to alter the perceived shape of his face.
When Cheyenne is impersonating Amy on the phone, she says she drives a Volvo. Amy's company car is a BMW, which Cheyenne should know, as she's the one who informed Amy she had to sign for her company car in Salary (2019).
