Continuity

When Tom and Jackson are planning the final getaway, Tom says the money will be loaded onto the "Silver Prius." However, when Jan is the final member to escape it is a Black Prius that he uses to get away.
When recovering in the hospital, H is told he was shot six times. Later during a flashback, when he was shot, you hear four suppressed shots as he is gunned down.
When H puts money into John's pocket while playing pool (at 19:14), he says "Just make sure you drink it over there" while still facing John. However, in the flashback (at 1:02:16), he says the line as he turns away from John.
The black Cadillac Escalade the armored car robbers drive changes from a 2007 (Escalade emblem on left/drivers side of rear hatch) to a later model Escalade (Escalade emblem on right/passenger side of rear hatch) several times. The 2007 Escalade was the only year that Cadillac had the emblem of the left. All the rest of the years in that generation of Escalade had them on the right.
At the depot scenes, the magazine pouches on the gun belts are at the back of their gun belts which would make reloading nearly impossible. When we see them outside, their magazine pouches are in the correct position on the left side of their gun belts.

Factual errors

The crew takes eight weeks to develop a meticulous plan to steal over $150 million. One million dollars in $100 bills weighs 22 pounds; $150 million weighs 3,300 pounds. Jackson describes how the crew will transfer the currency from the loading dock of building D to two Can Am ATVs, and then load the money into a Toyota Prius.

A single duffel bag like those used in the movie to transport the cash is about 36x12x12 inches, or 5,184 cu in. A stack of $100 bills totaling one million dollars is 689 cubic inches. $150 million in $100 bills totals 103,350 cu in, requiring 19 bags, give or take. The remaining two crew members, Bullet and Jan, unload a maximum of 9-10 bags from the armored truck onto the ATVs, about $70 million or 1,655 pounds of cash.

Even with the reduced amount of cash, they would be unable to get away with the currency. The highest-end Outlander X MR 1000R Can Am like those used in the movie has a rear rack that can carry a maximum weight of 200 lbs. The maximum recommended weight that a Prius can carry is 835 lbs.

Despite all their planning, they didn't do some basic math. The most they could have stolen using this equipment would have been $18 million. Their scheme is doomed to fail before they begin.
All armored cars have a GPS tracking on them and any stop (like at 1:22:57) that is not recognized would be flagged. Any deviation would have to be authorized after acknowledgment from the driver and all crew that all is good. A police escort and verification would be usual in this situation.
Drivers of armored cars cannot access the security cameras in order to shut them off (as shown at 1:22:57).
Given the value of the cargo being carried, an armored car company would never utilize such insecure trucks. One example is the easily defeated hatch within the door in the first robbery. Another is the lack of a steel bulkhead between the driver's compartment and the cargo area. Most armored cars have two guards: a driver, who never leaves the vehicle, and a second guard known as a hopper, who rides in the cargo hold and carries valuables to and from the truck.
The story is set in the United States, but in the bar scene where H is playing pool, two UK pub "fruit machines" can be seen. These are illegal under US law, and never found outside the UK.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When Bullet and Jan pass the bags of money from the armored car to the 4x4 bikes, there are only two as if they were predicting that only two men would survive (or four at most).
While H is recovering in the ICU from being shot, it shows him having a close-shaved head. Facial hair would be shaved, but not the entire head. However, H could also just be balding.

Revealing mistakes

During the flashback of the first robbery, a construction backhoe loader is used to block the rear of the armored truck, lifting it up so the truck cannot reverse, leaving the rear wheels spinning. In the original scene of the robbery, the armored truck is level during the entire robbery.
When H opens the door to his second robbery event, the two robbers are holding Heckler and Koch MP7A1's, but the weapon on the left has a visibly misaligned barrel compared to the other character's MP7A1 with an aligned barrel. The prop was damaged or poorly manufactured.
At 102:11 mins, you can see that they used the same badge ID number for all security.

Miscellaneous

A villain says he is dividing $160 million seven ways. But the visuals and sound effects show him only putting eight digits into his pocket calculator (16,000,000) instead of the nine digits required for $160 million (160,000,000). Then, when he divides the eight digit number by seven, the result shows a larger eight digit number (22,857,142) which would only be accurate if he had input nine digits to begin with.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

(at around 52 mins) When the woman screams she is obviously not making any noise or speaking at all.

Plot holes

Jan firsts sees and stares at H when he shoots him after killing Dougie. However, once Bullet reveals himself to H and H sits in the back of the truck with Jan, Jan does not react or even suspect anything.

Boom mic visible

You can see the mic inside the car at the end of the scene with Agent King. Also, when the camera is zooming out, the front right seat-header is off which is not very realistic.

Character error

Welsh actor Gerald Tyler uses an American accent to play the character of the armorer but at 11:39 he pronounces the name "H" with a hard "h" sound ("haitch") that is never used in American English.
At about 112:30, during the robbery, one team member uses a plasma cutter to cut the hinges from the access hatch in the door. He is wearing a T-shirt and gloves with his bare arms exposed to the slag from the plasma cutter. That would have caused severe burns on his arms.
Based on their dialogue, the heist crew are all former members of "The Unit" (a less formal name for 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta, or "Delta Force") who deployed to Afghanistan.

Several of them refer to the people of Afghanistan as "Afghanis", but the people of Afghanistan consider that word a slur.

These retired special warfare troops, like all American military personnel deployed to Afghanistan, would have taken extensive training to make them aware of these kinds of cultural sensitivities, so this is clearly a serious mistake even though it's only one letter's difference.
