Just shy of 20 minutes into movie, just before Kyle encounters the bully for the first time, Kyle and Lori are walking to school, and there are two girls walking behind them. When the camera changes angle then moves back, the two girls have switched places.

When Cassie is telling Jake about her childhood, she makes reference to being sent to an orphanage "'back' in the U.S." Since Middleton is supposed to be somewhere in the United States, she should have said "'here' in the U.S." This seems like a mistake due to the fact it was filmed in Canada. This actually is not a mistake, as she was discussing her parent's death while traveling in Europe. Since during that time she was in Europe, it would make sense that she would say "back in US" since she was not in the US at the time.
Cassie gives George a pendant containing what she calls a shamrock however, it holds a four-leaf clover. The shamrock, a traditional symbol of Ireland, has only three leaves. It was used to explain the concept of The Trinity by St. Patrick.
