Sex & Nudity

  • House is watching some sort of porn as his students are telling him about his patient's bloodwork. Nothing is really recognizable/visible. One student is staring at his computer, and he says, "Got a problem with the naked female form?" She says, "Not at all." Another student says, "Maybe she's just not used to see it spooning with the naked dolphin form." While two of his female students, who are twins, are arguing about something, House tells them to stop and says the argument is affecting every male and lesbian in the room. A plastic surgeon in the group suggests that the patient receive breast implants by implying it. He says "We don't subtract. We add. We turn her B's into C's." House responds, "It's a myth that fake hooters blow up at high altitude." Cuddy asks House, "You bumped a splenectomy for a boob job?" House responds, "Would you condemn this woman to a life where people look at her face when they talk to her?" The silicone implants the plastic surgeon is going to use are visible for a moment. About an inch-tall line across the woman's middle chest is also visible. House says, "I don't know who's been gossiping about ethics instead of sex, but I hope they've already been fired." House tells Cameron her hair makes her look like a hooker.

Violence & Gore

  • The team gives the woman surgery, and there is visible blood.

Profanity

  • Someone tells the woman in the simulation that she wasn't answering, and she says, "Because the d*** comm cord got disconnected." When giving orders to his team during the surgery, House says "Don't forget her chesticles," referring to her breast implants.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A woman is flying in a jet and starts to have what seems to be hallucinations or an acid trip. Colors change and turn bright and neon, she gets an upside-down mirror image of the landscape, etc. Then she crashes. Moments later, you realize she was only in a simulation. Some might find the images frightening. Later, the patient has a similar response while some medication is being administered to her.
