Sex & Nudity

- E5 near the end Ellis is seen in the shower, after he gets out and still not dressed Rose appears on the scene. Nothing happens but they do have a moment.
- E3 Deals with prostitution but that is all. So there are scenes where the main characters go to those locations.
- E2 There is a nightclub scene where women are portraying sexually suggestive actions towards club adherents
- E7 There is a scene where a couple of half dressed women come into a drug dealers apartment and suggestive sex is implicated. Same drug dealers have a half dressed woman on their wall seen for a few seconds at the beginning of the episode.
- Through out the whole season Ellis (Travis Fimmel) and a girl, Rose, (Lindsay Pulsipher) have a few intimate moments. Not in every episode but there is kissing and sex between the two.
Violence & Gore

- Plenty of violence, ranging from drunken bar fights to gun battles and even the occasional rocket launcher. Most of the characters carry guns. Some of the fights look realistic and intense, leaving the combatants bloodied. One sequence involves people playing Russian Roulette while high on drugs (nobody loses). Storylines include arms deals.

- The whole series deals with drugs, alcohol, and smoking alike as the perpetrators usually are in the business of this sort of dealing

- FBI agents, private investigators, and police zero in on drug users and distributors and other criminals. So there is a lot of violence such as shootings/people shot dead, bombs, physical violence, blood etc.
