After Francine knocks out Julie, the exterior shot of the Smith's house is missing the attic window where Roger lives.

At the park Stan makes a point that no one drinks frozen lemonade, because you eat ice. Yet when Julie returns with the drinks there's a straw sticking out of the cups.

When Stan is calling from Laos, the ocean is in the background but Laos is completely landlocked. Laos is the only landlocked country in all of South East Asia.

Roger gets struck by lightning. However, the revelation flashback shows a stars-filled sky, beside the circumstance that Stan and Francine are stargazing on the rooftop. That means there are no clouds to create lightning.

Humans are usually startled by any extremely nearby lightning and may even experience temporary deafness. However, Stan and Francine show none of this.
