Near the end of the movie, as everyone's post-tournament fates are told, a graphic states:"Ramon has lured affair with Gertrude," It should say "lurid affair".
During one of the driving scenes in the van on the freeway, a freeway sign is seen showing exits for Hollywood Way and Buena Vista Blvd. These exits are on the I-5 Freeway near Burbank in California; the movie is set in Cincinnati, which has neither of those streets.
