Victoria doesn't have a north coast. It only has a southern coastline which can be described as east or west of Melbourne.
Dugongs are a tropical species. They are not found in Victorian waters which are nearly 2000 kms to the south and much colder.
Peter swaps between right and left hand shooting of the rifle. He may be ambidextrous but humans have a dominant eye and normally aim with that eye.
