At the end of the episode, Shawn is playing chess with his dad. Shawn makes a move with his knight putting his dad's king under attack and declares "checkmate". This would have been legitimate given the surrounding pieces, but just before the credits roll, his dad is about to wipe off the board and the camera shows his dad had a rook on the baseline putting Shawn's king in check, making Shawn's move illegal. He would have had to get his own king out of check first before making his knight move.
During the "Phsysics" Lecture, the student incorrectly writes Avogadro's number on the chalkboard as 6.0021415 x 10^23 atoms/mol. When Shawn performs his "reading" on the student, the number is shown correctly written as 6.0221415 x 10^23. When he turns and speaks to the class, it goes back to being incorrectly written. And when Shawn sends the student to the principal's office, it is written correctly.
As Shawn and Gus are seen walking towards the steps of the school there is no one behind them, but in a following shot from the front they are being followed by three children.
When Shawn first underlines the word "PHSYSICS" it has a slight curve to it, like a long, shallow "U" shape. In later shots of the lecture where the underline can be seen, it is completely flat.
In a wide-shot of the classroom, Avogadro's number appears scrawled across the chalkboard behind Shawn when he sends a student to the principal's office. In a following close-up of Shawn, Avogadro's number is not behind him on the chalkboard. However, in the next close-up, Avogadro's number is once more visible behind Shawn.
In the episode-ending chess game, Shawn has a pawn in his first rank. All pawns start in the second rank and can't move backward, so it is not possible for the piece to legitimately be there.

Avogadro's constant on the chalkboard is incorrectly given with the units atoms/mol, while the correct units for Avogadro's constant is simply 1/mol.
Lassiter tells Juliet he's never had a case with an explosion, but this is false. Lassiter has had the lead on multiple cases with explosions before this one, most recently in the season premiere when the suspects rigged a microwave to explode to try to kill someone.
