First watch I was like, what the .. is this. Watching randoms people instagram feed (like who cares).
On the second watch I gathered what they were trying to do amongst seeing how certain people in the scene can be celebrated at one point and be rejected for other scenarios.
The main character though is a bit obnoxious and pushes the issue. The concept is probably better then the execution.
