Although the movie uses the correct 80s Brazilian money bills, in some shots the pricing lists shown uses currency from nowadays.
In the beginning of the film, when Joao and Sofia sit down together in the sofa, there are some vinyls over this sofa. This scene takes place in the early 1980s, but one of the vinyls is 'Jive Bunny The Album' by the group 'Jive Bunny and the Mastermixers', which was released in 1989.
