At Fiona's request, Michael takes a job helping Andy, a cell phone salesman who got conned into investing in a fake club in Cuba using money that he borrowed from a loan shark. Meanwhile, he also is working on Wasseem, a Pakistani spy who Michael believes can get him information on Carla.

Cullen Davis was a Texas oil heir who was arrested but acquitted in 1977 for the murder-for-hire of his estranged wife's daughter and boyfriend (the wife was wounded and survived).
