- A brief sexual reference is made in a Episode 2. Zak states the people who were locked in the Prison and he states, "murderers, rapists, etc."
- In Episode 4, "Ted Bundy Ritual House" constant references of a crude sexual act, "rape" is made. Zak explains how Ted Bundy raped countless victims against their will.

- In a recreation, in "John Gacy Prison" a noose is seen. Then there is a recreation of someone hanging themself (suicide), then in "Jake Bird Prison" a lot of suicide references are made, nooses are seen, constant suicide scenes (with actors). These scenes may be disturbing.
