Continuity

When Michael and Bly are talking, Fiona pulls up and is seen putting on makeup without gloves but when Michael asks if the car is clean she is shown wearing gloves.
When Michael and Fiona are running from the police, as they are heading to the parking garage, in the background you can see two police cars just sitting on the side of the road and Michael completely ignores them.
In the scene where Micheal robs Fiona in the car, the driver side window changes back and forth between rolled down and broken.
Michael enters Ernie's store and locks the door. However, when leaving, Michael does so without unlocking the door.

Factual errors

Michael scolds Fiona for having "unregistered" 9mm semi-auto pistols in the trunk of the stolen car she's driving. The state of Florida does not register guns, nor is it illegal to have them anywhere in ones car.

Revealing mistakes

At 3:35, during the chase down city streets, looking through the windshield you see they're actually in a parking lot.
During the stake-out, a member of the public is staring into the car, watching the production.
