• Batgirl : [fleeing from Poison Ivy]  Where are you, Batman?

  [shines her flashlight] 

  Batgirl : Where are you, Bat signal?

  Poison Ivy : That silly little thing only shines in the polluted skies over Gotham.

  [her vine knocks the flashlight out of Batgirl's hands] 

  Poison Ivy : I tried to save that toxic cesspool, but Gotham is lost. Nothing green will ever grow there again. I can still save Metropolis, though. Return it to the glorious forest it once was. Would you like to know how?

  [the baby plants burst from the soil] 

  Poison Ivy : By destroying all the pests!

  [her vines pin Batgirl to the wall] 

  Poison Ivy : Humans are vermin in the garden of life. Locusts, termites, cockroaches! I'll exterminate them all.

  [her vines drop Batgirl and grab her legs, hoisting her into the air] 

  Poison Ivy : Nothing can stop me. Not even a silly little girl in a costume.

  [Batgirl's Bat-Mite doll falls out of her pocket and Ivy picks it up] 

  Poison Ivy : What's this? You bought your dumb little dolly to fight me? You're even sillier than I thought.

  [while she laughs, Batgirl gets a determined look on her face] 

  Batgirl : He's not a dolly.

  [uses Batarangs to cut herself free and steals the doll back] 

  Batgirl : He's the bomb!

  [pulls a string on the doll, causing it to start beeping. She then throws it] 

  Poison Ivy : NO!

  [the doll lands in a tank full of pesticide. The doll then explodes, releasing the pesticide gas, killing all of the plants. Poison Ivy coughs and kneels beside the dead plants] 

  Poison Ivy : My darlings, what has she done to you?

  [Batgirl comes walking up in a gas mask] 

  Batgirl : Not bad for a silly little girl and her dumb little dolly.

  [Poison Ivy then swoons and faints]
