The brief cutaway to a building site worker around the 17'40m mark is very obviously shot in a studio in front of a blue screen, rather than on location.
When Luigi (Tony Anholt) has to deliver his line about "bloody liberated women!", he seems to forget that there's an extra bit of dialogue to come before it ("we're thirsty!") and begins to say his line too early, before stopping and repeating it.
Kelly is talking to the downstairs porter Mr. Watson on the phone, who is telling him that the girl he was with wants him to order a taxi home for her. Although a certain artistic licence must be permitted as it's a comedy, there's no way that she could have got downstairs in the lift and asked Mr. Watson to order her a taxi in the 9 seconds between her leaving Kelly's flat and Mr. Watson claiming she's spoken to him.
When Kelly asks his date (Sue Vanner) if she's going to say "no" to everything, the boom mic shadow can be seen on the back of his head when she responds.
Although it could be passed off as a figure of speech, Kelly's marital status changes throughout the episode: he talks to the porter about his "wife", who has left, but calls her his "ex-wife" to a couple at a party. Later at a restaurant she goes back to being his wife again, as he explains he's getting a divorce.
