When Sarah is in Ellison's apartment there is a stack of video cassettes whose straightness varies between scenes.

Thermite burns at 1370 °C (2500 °F), and releases high levels of Ultra-violet light making it very dangerous for humans to view directly without substantial eye protection like a Welder's Mask. At least two human characters (Sarah Connor and John Connor), and possible three (Charley Dixon), view the reaction directly without eye protection. Due to their rather indestructible nature, it is reasonable to assume that the light would not hurt a Terminator, so Cameron Phillips viewing the reaction without eye protection is not a goof.

In the videotape, Sarah is shown signing her parental rights to John away. The problem is that at the time she was in a mental institution, not a prison, and as such would not have the legal capacity to do so.

In the first video of Sarah Connor that Agent Ellison watches, as Sarah ransacks her cell, the sink/toilet gets pushed around, indicating that it's clearly just a prop and not hooked up to any actual plumbing.
