A tale partly inspired by the optimistic spirit reflected in the eponymous silver half dollar issued by the Unites States Mint from 1916 to 1947.

After a mysterious upheaval, the world has collapsed and nature has regained dominion, transforming the earth into a jungle. A new society, "The Institution", tries to restore order by imposing its concept of law on the free people of the jungle.
