As the title implies, this Bullwinkle Show offering . . .
. . . includes a segment of Peabody's Improbable History entitled PUNCH-OH VILLA, a figure so obscure that not even this site's spellchecker recognizes his name. Because Mr. Peabody does not fill in Villa's backstory, this information will be crucial for potential viewers deciding whether to devote five minutes of their time to his story. Villa, aka The Southern Snake, aka The Sneaky Salamander, was an infamous bigamist with multiple wives and assorted baby moms. He notoriously aided and abetted the Axis of Evil, including Germany, during World War One. The vast majority of his armed thugs or cartel members were exterminated during several sneak attacks against cities and military bases in our U. S. Homeland. Things got so bad that Villa's Mexican countrymen eventually put 40 sniper rounds into his Dodge limousine. Nine dumdum bullets to his upper torso and noggin forced a few of his more brazen acquaintances to conduct a closed-casket interment service. Most normal people will see nothing humorous in the Villa vector.
