Contains a small brief cameo of Mr. Karver with his daughter Kara Karver from The Karvers, which is the sitcom short from the first film Baron Von Laugho's Halloween Spook-A-Thon! The cameo comes in the form of a commercial for an upcoming Karvers' Christmas episode. Jeff Everhart and Valerie Wentworth reprise their roles.
Is a spiritual sequel to Baron Von Laugho's Halloween Spook-A-Thon! Originally planned to be 60 minutes like the first film, time was short on production and the filmmakers did not want to have to wait another year to release the project, especially when it was mainly being made as a sort of joke sequel. That is why this film is more of a comedy than a horror film.
Dylan R. Nix originally wanted to film the entire project with an actual VHS camcorder but decided against it at the last minute for the sake of time.
Was originally going to be the last project featuring Baron Von Laugho. Instead the last project will be episodes of the upcoming horror anthology series Sharp Candy.
Writer/Director Dylan R. Nix really wanted to push dark comedy with this project, enforcing the idea that it's supposed to be awful because a sadistic murdering clown is the one making it in the context of the film. So there's no filter for him or his awful ideas and jokes.
